TO: Lawyer Mayor Christopher Brian Coleman, US, State of
Minnesota, 87 Countys, all Citys, townships etc. et al are hereby in Good Faith
that Injured Partys's via E Commerce, Blogs, Web Sites:
are challenging along with the ACLU the 4th Search & Seizure, 5th Taking Clause
without compensation of the following:
1. Department of Safety and Inspections herein after DSI is unconstitutionally vague, arbitrary, contrary to 4th & 5th Amendments.
2. Council President Kathleen lantry has misapplied, ignored, committing
malfeasance, misfeasance,nonfeasanceHUD v. City St. Paul/2001-0791.resp.pdf by ignoring ACLU letter
3. Sharon and Bill are therefore challenging the Constitutionality of this alleged new DSL with employees: Defendant joel.essling@ci.stpaul.mn.us, lisa.martin@ci.stpaul.mn.us acting in concort with Aaron.foster@ci.stpaul.mn.us and steve.magner@ci.stpaul.mn.us, acting in concort apparantly with Renevation Inc. Wally Nelson?
a. Kick Backs, bribery, using the St. Paul Impound Lot for Stolen Vehicles
, condemning propertys, reselling demolition items, for profits.
b. use of marcia.moermond@ci.stpaul.mn.us to condemn propertys apparantly for her unjust enrichment as this obese woman is not qualified.
THEREFORE: THIS CHALLENGE IS MADE ELECTRONICALLY AS OUR LIVES ARE IN DANGER:
